How do I register for the conference?
You may register on-line. Please visit the link Registration.

When do I register?
Online Registration must be completed only after the paper has been accepted by the committee. No "on the spot" registration will be allowed for such delegates. However, for those who wish to attend the conference without paper submission, both online registration and spot registration are available.
Early bird registration ends on October 15, 2009 extended to 05th November 2009. For details please visit the link on the Home page.

Can I register for the conference by telephone?
No. You can not register on phone.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, only by email.

What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceeding, opening reception, conference lunches, coffee/tea breaks during the conference days, the conference dinner banquet and access to all ICVLSICOM-10 conference venues . All expenses other than those mentioned above are to be borne by the conference delegates.

Will the information/conference materials provided at the conference be posted on the website?
Materials provided at the conference will not be posted on the website.

Can the information/conference materials provided at the conference be purchased?
Yes, at an additional cost of Rs.800 or US$25.

If there is more than one author for a paper, should each of them pay the registration fee?
Yes, every author who attends the conference has to register and pay the registration fee individually.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes. However assistance can be provided on request. All charges for accommodation will have to be met by you. Please visit the link Registration.

Do I have to pay for the sight seeing trip?
Yes. Charges per person are extra and will be notified.

Can I bring guests for the sight seeing trip?
Yes, you can. You have to inform in advance the number of guests and their names who are joining you. Charges will be extra.
